We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and immediately available candidates with
Recruitment or HR onboarding experience to join our client in our London HQ in the City of London!

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their Talent Acquisition team and support them with daily administrative tasks and duties part of the recruitment process. 3 month contract - is subject to change, paying £10.50 per hour.

The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support and cover to their clients London-based Talent Acquisition team and to maintain levels of training and technical knowledge required for this task.

You will also be encouraged to identify, suggest and implement ways to work efficiently. In addition, this role requires the utmost levels of customer service so confident written and oral communication skills are essential.

*Duties:

-Meeting candidates to collect and scan relevant documents
- Screening applicants or suitable candidates identified by the TA Advisors
- Monitoring the vetting/compliance progress of candidates and assisting with obtaining
information required
- Liaising with our offshore team to ensure all information and documents are correct
- Uploading documents and information to recruitment database and other systems
utilised by the team
- Database management
- Liaise with successful candidates/selected contractors and internal teams to ensure all
necessary on boarding information has been gathered

*Requirements:

-Prioritising skills
-Excellent organisation
-Able to work in a team and independently
-Self motivated
-1 year plus experience as a Recruitment Administrator

Previous experience using Workday or Agiloft is desirable, not essential
