Are you an experienced administrator with resourcing or recruitment exposure? Have you an interest, knowledge or experience within the construction industry? Are you available to start immediately?

If so, please read on as I have a really exciting opportunity for you to work with some easily recognised, national clients, within a highly successful and growing business, that started in the MDs garage...

Due to explosive growth, I am seeking a permanent, full time Recruitment Administrator within the Gloucestershire area, offering a salary of up to £18,500, working office hours, Monday to Friday. You will ideally be able to start immediately, be able to demonstrate that you can think quickly and have the ability to show initiative, someone that can get a job done - both under pressure and to deadlines. You will be both confident on the phone as well as at least 2 years of admin experience - not necessarily within recruitment.

*Exposure to some of the largest construction clients and projects in the country

Key Responsibilities:
*Scheduling interviews and diary management for hiring managers and Recruitment Consultants
*Responding to enquiries from direct candidates and agencies
*Utilising systems and app to log applications and manage vacancies, ensuring notes are updated where applicable
*Assisting on talent pooling projects using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing direct candidates through a range of channels
*Attending and assisting with agency briefings including preparation of briefing materials
*Screening candidates
*Setting up video, telephone and face to face interviews
*Assisting the Recruitment Consultants with producing and distributing of terms of business agreed with suppliers
*Processing invoices for new permanent and contract employees and recording these
*Working on the document management systems to set up and maintain files in an efficient manner
*Ad hoc HR duties such as requesting references and assisting with offer and new joiner admin

Ideally, you will have previous experience working as an administrator or in a customer focused role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
