Recruitment Administrator

Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator - Immediate Start

Are you a motived recruitment support administrator or HR/Recruitment Coordinator seeking work in the Watford area?

Are you professional, motivated and seeking work with a market leader?

Our leading infrastructure client based near Watford are recruiting for a driven and motivated Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator to work in the internal Recruitment Team.



* Immediate start
* 37.5hrs per week
* £14ph + Holiday Pay
* Weekly pay
* Excellent working conditions
* Long term contract - potential for permanent

Duties Include:



* Provide administration support for Resourcing team / Recruiters and Business Partners
* Coordinating and arranging interviews and assessments
* Liaising directly with candidates and/or agency as appropriate
* Maintain internal and external recruitment websites including job boards
* Run routine and ad hoc reports - Management information
* Act as first point of contact for direct applicants, agencies and job boards - Via phone and email
* Update and distribute current vacancy lists
* Check and vet direct CVs and applications received via the company website and central email system
* Use internal systems to track and record all stages of the recruitment process
* Provide information reports to team from recruitment data gathered
* Support Resourcing team with assessment centre administration
* Support ad hoc projects

Experience Needed:



* Immediate to start or short notice
* Proven Recruitment experience
* Highly organised and motivated
* Competent IT skills and quick learner
* Experience of working in a busy HR function would be an advantage (in house recruitment team)
