Norfolk Constabulary are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their busy and bustling Recruitment Team. This role is Monday to Friday and based at the Wymondham office. Social distancing guidelines have been implemented.
As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the team with key tasks. These tasks will include:Managing the shared inbox and responding to general queriesProcessing job applications and filing as requiredScanning and filingSupporting on assessment centre set-upsEnsuring shared spreadsheets with application logs are maintained
To be suitable for this role you need to an individual who is keen to learn, has a good attention to detail, is happy answering queries on the phone, and is confident responding to written queries. The Line Manager is happy to teach this individual as long as you are willing to learn. You need to be able to demonstrate that you are happy managing a number of different tasks while maintaining the quality of your work.
