Randstad UK– is a multinational human resources consulting firm specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment, including contract staffing of professionals and senior managers.
We have a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to work with a brand new RPO client based in Hayes, but covering 10 locations throughout the UK as a Recruitment Business Partner on a mat cover contract (9m)
You will be required to effectively and efficiently deal with internal stakeholders, manage demanding forecasting, educating the client on best recruitment practices, have experience in high volume permanent recruitment and thrive on providing first class customer service.

You will be responsible for:High volume permanent recruitment over all sectorsDriving best practices on the accountTaking a proactive approach in various project workWorking on site with the client to build strong relationshipsReporting to your line manager on various activity to achieve monthly/weekly KPIsMaintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needsEnsuring your clients recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible waysKeeping up to date with current market trendsManaging your temporary workforce and being the first point of contact
To be successful in this role you will display:Strong management and leadership skillsA proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles (candidate focused)Experience in working in a compliance heavy roleHave an understanding of the recruitment industryManaging a high volume workload Working with tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills and are able to deal with stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to work under pressure
