Construction Recruitment Resourcer

We have an exciting permanent position opening for a Recruitment Resourcer.

You will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates using a variety of sources.

Responsibilities



* Headhunting candidates for job vacancies
* Assessing and selecting suitable candidates for job roles such as pre-screening, gathering information and documentation
* Developing client relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Designing and posting advertisements through online resources & social media
* Great communications skills both verbal and typing
* Updating candidate and client databases
* Ensuring all compliance checks for each candidate is completed in a timely manner
* General administration duties

Skills Required



* Knowledge of the recruitment industry desirable
* Excellent telephone skills
* Good time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks
* Ability to meet targets
* Be a team player who works well under pressure
* Be able to prioritise workload
* Have exceptional attention to detail
* Good negotiation skills
* Excellent user of MS Office
