You will be working within a Nursing team that is focused on delivering a dependable service to clients and candidates, has low staff turnover and is committed to ensuring the success of new members joining the team! The team is also dedicated to using industry leading technology (full in-house training provided) in order to drive profit growth.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for:

- Working within the established Newcastle Nursing team to resource for nursing candidates using a variety of methods, including advertising, use of social media, use of online and in-house CV databases etc. Innovation and new ideas are always welcomed!
- Using a number of portal-based IT systems to book registered nurses into shifts and contracts in the North East of England
- Being the main point of contact for a cohort of nurses seeking work, and helping to ensure they are in consistent work, processing their timesheets and ensuring are paid on time etc.
- Using a range of in-house technology to advertise work to nurses, to manage their compliance documentation and ensure payment (full training provided)
- Working to weekly and monthly KPI's to ensure that the needs of the organisation are met

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the below criteria:

- Friendly and confident demeanour
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude, in combination with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Degree qualified
- An awareness of the recruitment industry is beneficial, but not essential
- A drive to succeed and progress, and an ability to flourish in a target driven and motivated team
