The Role:

 

Player manage, motivate and develop a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants/Graduate Managers

Oversee the assessment of all graduate applications, running on average 28 assessment centres per month

Deliver bespoke recruitment services to a variety of clients

Effectively manage a team of recruiters through strong KPI initiatives and performance related incentives

Conduct regular one–to-one review sessions to monitor progression, motivation and areas for improvement throughout your team

Drive a positive and effective working culture throughout the region

What we are looking for:

 

Minimum 12 months experience in manging a team or recruiters / inbound / outbound telesales

Strong experience at driving KPIs

Experience in a fast paced and competitive environment

An understanding of the end to end recruitment cycle

People management experience

The ability to travel to London and Leeds on a regular basis

Calm under pressure
