Housing Regeneration Officer - London - 6 month contract with scope to extend (£250-£350 per day)
I have recently received a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's fastest growing Local Authorities, currently my client are in the market for an experienced Housing Regeneration Officer to step in and help to deliver a new Decent Homes project. The main purpose of this project is to deliver over 2,000 new homes over the next 2 years and there is currently a requirement for a Regeneration Officer to help support the current Senior Development Manager on the delivery of this project.
Role Responsibilities:Produce monthly reports, regular updates of project milestones, budgets and potential risks.Liaise with the planning, design and delivery teams and be one of the communication links between them.Calculate CPO costs for all properties that have been acquired under the CPO.Analysing and manipulating data via client databaseAdvise on legal documentation and be responsible for dealing with any outstanding payments.
Essential Experience:Have good experience with working for a Local Authority on similar projects Be confident is dealing with residents and stakeholders during fast paced projectsHave experience in supporting a Development or Senior Development Manager of similar projectsBe able to work in a team collaboratively To have good experience in working on large Regeneration Schemes
Rate:Inside IR35£250-£350 a day
