Regeneration Project Manager (Planning and Viability)

*Salary £50k + benefits* *Car Allowance* *Based in Sidcup*

Are you an experienced project manager with a track record of delivering strategic planning and viability projects? An opportunity as arisen for a large housing association who have a requirement for a Regeneration Project Manager to be based out of Sidcup (also possible to work out of additional site in East London). Set to become Londons largest housing developer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, growing, forward thinking organisation.

Predominately this role will entail identifying opportunities for new homes and estate regeneration within the existing portfolio of land and houses. Reporting to the Asset Manager (Land) you will work across the whole property portfolio (a degree of business travel to properties and offices is required) to extract value from existing assets including the redevelopment of properties and sites where this is possible.

You will be a property expert responsible for undertaking development and stock option appraisals on existing assets and land opportunities. It is essential that that you have good knowledge of the planning system as well as experience of carrying out development and options appraisals to determine the viability of schemes.
