Job Title:Regional Account Manager - Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH)
Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 + c. £15,000 bonus

As Regional Account Manager you will be building business within the Germany, Austria and Switzerland territory focusing on both new business and account management. This role will encompass liaising with Auditors, Accountancy Firms as well as Banks and Financial Institutions. If you excel in building relationships and acting as an advisor to existing clients / colleagues then this role would suit you.

You would be joining a rapidly growing FinTech company that values their employees and offers plenty of scope for progression. You don't even have to already have software sales experience, if you have the German language skills and an understanding of sales then this could be your next career step.

Regional Account Manager - The Person
You will use your language skills and sales experience to build relationships with new and existing accounts. As Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact and be responsible for the accounts' maintenance and growth.

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
• Fluent in German
• 2+ years B2B sales experience
• An enthusiastic, driven can do attitude
• Good commercial acumen
• A confident and engaging manner
• Proven experience in building relationships
• The ability to communicate professionally across multiple levels of business
• Ability to forge and develop relationships with key decision makers - both internally and externally
• Educated to degree level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
