Responsibilities:As leader of your staff team, you will encourage and mentor people, making sure training, development and support for your staff to achieve formal qualifications is in place.To prepare for, and attend annual reviews and CLA meetings, and ensure actions are completedTo take the lead in setting and reviewing targets and objectives for the residential senior staff in order to ensure that work is focused and has clear direction.To be registered with Ofsted as the Registered Manager for the Home as specified in the Children's Homes Regulations and fulfil and meet the obligations set out in Ofsted's quality standards.
What is required?Level 3 Diploma or above in working with children and young peopleYou must be a driver with a manual licence2 years minimum of management experience2 years experience working with learning disabilities, autism and mental health
