Responsibilities:To step into a well established service to support children on a long stay basisThe recruitment of staff and building the service up to the very best standard as seen by the companyProvide leadership, management and the highest level of support to the Team, to ensure the very best outcomes in everythingContinually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered to our clients
What is required?Highly determined, driven and ambitious, with the desire to make a real difference and be an advocate of the companyA relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5, RMA)Significant practitioner and/or management experience within elderly, learning disabilities or mental health
