Responsibilities:To be responsible for all aspects of operational managementProvide leadership, management and the highest level of support to the team, to ensure the very best outcomesTo assist the Supported Living Services Manager in ensuring that the service meets and surpasses CQC standards and the contract specificationSupervising a team of around 15 staff members.
What is required?Highly determined, driven and ambitious, with the desire to make a real difference and be an advocate of the companyA relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5, RMA)Significant practitioner and/or management experience within learning disabilities or mental health
