Repairs Manager
Work with the Schedulers and Trade Operatives to deliver an effective and timely response, voids, planned and cyclical repairs service, ensuring continuous improvement and value for money.
Responsibilities:
* Put the customer at the heart of all that you do
* Ensure delivery of "right, safe fix, first time" for our customers...
* Help deliver and evidence the organisation's Business Plans
* Ensure "principles" and "measures" are accurate and upheld in all works
* Use Systems Thinking frameworks for decision making and be able to explain decisions
* Familiarise yourself with and work within all policies and procedures, including compliance with Safeguarding Policy and protocols.
* Pull in subcontractors where required, in accordance with delegated authority, arranging to meet them on site, then see work through to practical completion
* Actively manage the quality of work being delivered and, where required, investigate and respond to customer complaints (failure demand) in respect of repairs and maintenance
