Roles and Responsibilities of a Resident Liaison Officer:Arranging appointmentsLiaising with residents on a day to day basisAttending Open Days for ResidentsCarrying out Pre-Condition Surveys regularlySpeaking with Housing Association StaffGeneral customer serviceCo-operating with the construction teamSpeaking with private owners / landlords
Candidate Requirements:Must have experience in a Resident Liaison RoleHave strong attention to detailHave strong customer service skillsLive commutable distance from the project in North East London.
