The role is based within an 8 bedded childrens home, providing care and support to children between the ages of 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Situated close to Chipping Norton, this service is in close commuting distance via many surrounding cities, such as; Milton Keynes, Gloucester, Birmingham and Northampton. Ideal candidates will play an instrumental part in assisting colleagues and the management team in ensuring a high level of care is provided at all times, in an environment where every child can thrive in. Developing and sustaining warm, trusting relationships with children and young people is fundamental. Ultimately, candidates who share a common vision in creating incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world, will be most suitable for the position. Hours of work are: 7 days on, 7 days off - 07:30- 22:00 two on-call sleep ins are required with one day off within your 7 days on. Free accommodation is provided for these 7 days on.
