Are you a passionate Service Manager looking to lead, manage and develop services for children, young people and families?

Randstad are looking to recruit a service manager to join a fantastic children's school. The Service Manager will work closely with internal and external organisations to ensure the delivery of the service is to a high standard.

The successful Service Manager will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing services with agreed aims and objectives
* Ensure all team members understand and comply with their obligations to protect and promote the welfare of service users
* Ensure standards are understood and implemented
* Co-ordinate the development and delivery of an annual service plan and contribute to regional plan
* Develop innovative practice
* Ensure a programme of continual service improvement
The successful service manager will also be able to achieve results regarding:
* Ensuring the proper operation of the service to achieve planned objectives
* Implement quality measures
* Ensure collaborative working to support police and practice development
* Ensure the service is reviewed and evaluated
* Support and lead on the effective deployment of resources
The successful Service Manager will also be able to work with people ensuring:
* Correct representation of the service is in place
* To increase workforce competence and confidence
* Provide leadership to staff in service, including addressing conflict

The Service Manager must have:
* A relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 9 or above
* A management qualification at SCQF level 8 or above
Or
* Equivalent knowledge acquired by other means
