* Although you are primarily based in the residential home, you also have an amazing opportunity to support out in the community, during activities and in the school!
* Accurate recording and handing over of any reports, medication guidelines and handovers
* To empower and encourage Independence for our young people
* Be their role model - get to know their social, emotional and personal interests and really connect with them to help enrich their lives


* You must be emotionally resilient, ambitious and able to think on your feet
* Previous experience within SEN environment desirable not essential as full training is provided
* Driving licence and your own transport as we are in a semi rural location
* Full time availability to work 42.5 hours per week including weekend working and long days from 7am to 10pm
