We are currently recruiting for support workers to support young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. We have both full time and part time positions available for day shift and night shift.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the running of their residenceEncouraging and supporting their hobbies and social skillsTo connect with the service user by using intensive interaction and stimulating activitiesTo encourage a positive environment by supporting their particular behavioural needsPossibly providing high levels of personal one-to-one careMaintaining and developing residents' welfareActing as an inspiration to vulnerable service usersAbility to provide consistent and structured approach to the care and support you provideBenefits:
