I am recruiting for an expanding company who are looking for hard working dedicated residential childcare support workers, to work in children's residential homes (including sleepover). As a residential childcare support worker you will be working with young people aged between the ages of 7 and 18, who may have EBD and LD. As a residential childcare support worker you will be part of our valued team, you will provide a nurturing and homely environment for the young people to thrive. You will be expected to set boundaries, lead by example and support the young people as much as possible, to ensure their transition to adulthood is the best it can be.The role of residential childcare support worker can be challenging, but also massively rewarding. You will receive first class training and will be enrolled on a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) if you do not already hold this qualification.
