Job responsibilities:
- Develop a close working relationship with peers and staff
- Provide moral support and guidance for each student
- Liaise with other members of staff to ensure each student can be provided with the right care
- Participate in all activities and outdoor educational days
- Provide support in both residential and school environments


Key requirements:
- Experience in SEN, Education or Care
- Experience of delivering personal care and hoisting
- Own means of transport
