A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reward Partner. As the Reward Partner, you will be responsible for implementing a robust and fit for purpose reward and recognition agenda that supports the overall group.

- You will tackle challenging conversations and influence business leaders with confidence
- You will communicate effectively with senior partners and internal data & analytics teams to provide insights to the people analytics function, enabling insights-led business decisions
- Analyse available market data to assess competitiveness of total compensation offerings at all levels of business
- Operate in an organised manner, working quickly and balancing many different tasks
