job description

MRICS- Registered Valuer/ Surveyor:

As one of the leading property specialists in the South East my client work across both the residential and commercial property sectors. Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced, registered valuer to join this busy and successful Brighton team.

The company holds a excellent reputation built upon their ability to provide up to date, accurate market information and they are very proud of their loyal and established client base. Your role will be to provide valuation advice and professional reports on all types of commercial and residential property, tailoring your advice to the specific needs of each client.

Provided for you is an established supply network of valuation appointments from major Bank lenders, private clients, plus development appraisals throughout Sussex and beyond. There is huge scope for career development and a directorship appointment could be considered for the right candidate.

If you are a registered valuer and have a sound knowledge of the South East property market then my client would love to hear from you. Please call me in the first instance for a confidential discussion about this and other opportunities that I am currently working on. Natalie 01273 391010
