Are you a Ruby developer that is looking for a new project? Are you based in the London area? This is a great opportunity for you so keep on reading.

We're a small team of 10 in engineering, and 30 in the whole business. So it's a great, friendly
atmosphere. We go for team lunch every week or so, and try to create a genuinely nice place to

We use Heroku for our environments, GitHub, Circle CI. Sidekiq, Postgres, Metabase, various
other tools as necessary. Everyone is encouraged to help us improve, so you should be willing to
bring your ideas and imagination to the team.


* Ruby on Rails development, JSON API, Administrate, various integrations
* Working with the wider business team to help understand requirements and needs
* Working with the marketing and UX teams to develop features

How we work:

* We're agile: 2 week sprints, retros, & planning sessions. We're very adaptable and everyone is encouraged to contribute to changing our processes.
* We're in a growth phase, so we're very focused on improving conversion and reducing turnaround times for business processes.

Ideal candidate:

* You should have a solid understanding of Rails and how it works.
* Good understanding of SOLID principals and what they look like in code
* Excellent approach to TDD, and how to write tests that are not fragile
* Experience writing APIs is necessary.
* Experience with e-commerce fulfilment is beneficial
