Financial Controller - £65-75K - Central London About the companyThe client company is an ambitious facility management business in the UK that provides building maintenance for both national and commercial properties . To further support their finance operation and incoming new projects, they are currently looking for an experienced finance talent to join the team as a Financial Controller. About the roleAs a Financial Controller, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:You will be reporting to the UK Finance Director and overseeing four accounting assistants. Manage the transnational finance function, month-end financial reporting process, prepare cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, ensure accuracy of journal entries and posting, prepare management account for financial planning & analysis and ad-hoc projects. Work closely with the FP&A team, Finance Business Partners and internal stakeholders. You are also expected to provide your subordinates guidance on the job and for their personal growth. RequirementsDegree holder in Accounting & Finance. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA is required. Hands-on with management and leadership experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills e.g. empathetic, high level of flexibility, ability to encourage and motivate teammates and subordinates.
