        Opportunity Knocks !! Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, and responsible for the mobile night deep cleaning team and all night shift teams across a large East Midlands based contract where cleaning services are provided. Provide the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene to the Company standards, within the contract specification and to the agreed performance. Demonstrate company values in all aspects of the role.Tasks & Responsibilities:Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, COVID19, first aid, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.Report immediately any accidents / incidents , close calls and positive interventions. Also, any fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.Complete regular H&S Audits.Monitor working practicesEnsure your team wear the appropriate PPE to perform the task safely Ensure all employees have received, understood and comply with SSoW and rail awareness for working in the rail environment.Build and sustain excellent relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, and professional service to customers and clients in all areas of service.Work within budget for hours worked and stock.Payroll -Overtime/Deductions ensure submitted within deadlines and input to overtime portal.Daily checking of the system to monitor attendance and timekeeping. Utilizing the reporting suite to justify any overtime worked.Submitting a monthly Overtime Report to the Soft Services Manager Stock - submit orders monthly, within the consumables budget and ensure delivery notes are sent to finance to GRN. All deliveries are to be checked in to ensure that the delivery is correct.Stock Control - Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained at all times. Checking stores on a regular basis to ensure housekeeping standards are met and the correct dilutions are being used. Any high value stock or hazardous product should be kept in a locked store.
