This role is with the Southern region who's Head Office is based in Kent. They are currently looking to employ a Site Manager for a new phase of 80 traditional build units as part of a large ongoing project with a number of phases to be built. Reporting into a Regional Contract manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the programme, managing the day to day procedures associated with a new build project.
