      Job Role: Document ControllerAre you an administrator with experience in a fast-paced environment? Do you have excellent organisation and time management skills? Location: DundeeShift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08.00-16.00Pay rate: £21,500 per annum. Contract: 12 months temporary ongoingKey Responsibilities:Working as part of a cross-functional team, perform document control activities; coordination of the document introduction, amendment and obsolescent process within an electronic document management systemVerification and control of spreadsheets used to support manufacturing operations.Management of reference documents Performing Archiving activities for Design and Device History Records per record retention policy to maintain both on-site and off-site document archives.Taking full accountability for personal workload, ensuring work is completed to a high standard in accordance with site policies, procedures and applicable regulations.Proactively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and other general housekeeping duties.Taking a self-motivated approach to continuous professional development and engaging with site training initiatives.Developing excellent relations with the department team and wider Operations group.Proposing ideas for new opportunities to improve communication and productivity. Key Skills Required:Look for working to Good Manufacturing Practices (Orange Guide) the ISO 13485 or 9001 for Quality Management Systems.Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systemsProficient in MS word and Excel Good eye for detailOrganised and collaborative This is initially a 12 month contract, with potential for renewal.
