Regularly monitor alarms to ensure the correct criticality is applied and that all alarms are registered and investigated correctly.Support the building & estates manager in the operation of the CAFM system, planning and scheduling PPM task and reviewing actions from completed task.Liaising closely with the Estates compliance and planned maintenance manager for the day-to-day co-ordination of planned and reactive maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Ensuring the CAFM system is correctly used to capture all activities and maintenance information.Assisting in the creation of management reports from the CAFM system on maintenance activities to identify areas of fault trends, efficiencies and operational improvements.Provide cover for emergency breakdowns outside of normal working hours.Act as project handover champion and ensure all systems are fully operational and the information is available and technically accurate.Experience and Knowledge:Skilled trade biased with a good understanding of building services, ideally familiar with BMS systems and controls.Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance operationsAn understanding of Health and Safety requirements within a maintenance environment.Qualifications:A recognised engineering qualification ideally in electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems.Competencies:Planning and Organizational abilityRelationship building and Customer ServiceCommunication, including presentation abilityAttributes:Flexibility in approach, style and working hoursReliability and commitment to continual improvementCalmness under pressure Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
