Job Title : Senior Qunatity SurveyorRole Type : PermanentSalary : £48,000 - £60,000 You will report directly to the Commercial Manager and the responsibilities will include:Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors of various levelsEnsure contract financial transactions are completed on time and in accordance with contract terms and legislation.Report to the Commercial Manager & Framework Director on commercial performance & process, procurement issues and report any areas of concern or opportunityAll claims and disputes are resolved in an amicable and timely fashion making sure that subcontractor and supplier payments are expedited.Provide accurate and up to date commercial information to the Senior Leadership Team on a monthly basisIdentifying contractual risks for management throughout the contractFinancial Reporting - weekly and monthly reviews and cost control / forecasting.Monitor and maintain positive cash position for the projects.Ensure project teams are administering subcontracts and client contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions withinFinal account, preparation, audit & agreementAbout The CandidateSkills/ExperienceA comprehensive level of commercial experience preferably with a contracting organisation.BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subjectPreferably charteredI Chem.E Contract experienceMajor high value projects experiencePreferably previous water/construction experience All enquiries please forward your CV Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
