        Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse, looking to work with a leading mental health charity in the North East? Are you looking to work within an organisation that values your clinical skills allowing you to work in a supportive and autonomous environment? If so, read on! As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for working with working age adults with varying mental health conditions in a supported accommodation "step up" service. This is a specialist service supporting clients to transition from inpatient settings to living independently. - 37.5 hours per week- £26,107 - £34,667 per year (DOE)- Permanent role- £1,000 welcome bonus on completion of probationary period As a Mental Health Nurse within this role, you will be responsible for:Ensure that the needs of service users and their carers are at the core.Support the effective and efficient deployment of resources to achieve agreed outcomes and targets.Work as a team member developing and maintaining effective working relationships.Participate, on a rota basis with other staff members, in the `out of hours on call' provision for colleagues in the workplaceKeep up to date with relevant policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:Are a registered mental health nurse.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.Possess a genuine desire to care for people experiencing complex mental health needs.Can appreciate that all our clients are individuals and take a person-centred approach in your work.Have experience of working with people who present behaviours that challengeCan demonstrate an empathetic attitude and can keep our values at the heart of what you do.
