The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would be confident working autonomously and building engaging working relationships with their service users. They would work collaboratively with other teams and services within the trust and assist the service user with living their life to the fullest.The working pattern is primarily Monday - Friday, office horse, however some flexibility may be needed where necessary. A clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
