        We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative researcher to join our clients audience insight team for 12 weeks to cover an internal secondment. Working within the communications directorate, and alongside a small team of research and insight professionals, you will lead the design and delivery of quantitative and qualitative projects to inform the ongoing development of our products and services. So, a good level of knowledge across different research methodologies and experience of research design and analysis, will be essential to your success.What you will bring:A track-record of delivering quantitative and qualitative research projects at insight manager level A dynamic, proactive attitude so you can 'hit the ground running' Excellent communication skills to gain the confidence and trust of senior managers Experience of working with health and social care audiences (advantageous but not essential).Experience of user or market research amd working with a wide range of stakeholdersExperience of interpreting various forms of data for a variety of audiences and of presenting findings written and orallyQualifications:Master's degree or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through experience and further training/developmentJob purposeThe post holder will support the Senior Audience Insight Manager to lead the audience insight function, providing detailed analysis of the needs of our diverse audiences for senior managers and the Board to inform the development of our products and services.The post holder will design and oversee the development and delivery of audience insight projects for NICE. This includes the delivery of bespoke quantitative and qualitative audience research projects using internal resources and commissioning external agencies where appropriate. Leading the analysis of complex data captured and translating the data into clear and actionable insights. The post holder will also be a key contact for advice on audience research methodology for teams collating feedback and conducting their own research.
