Are you a Mental Health Nurse with experience in Adult Mental Health? Can you manage a caseload of service users with mental health needs? If so then we could have the ideal role for you!We are looking for an RMN to work permanently in a Private residential setting located in the North West in the Cheshire/Preston/Manchester area. The successful candidate would ideally have assessment, risk management and care planning experience and would be confident working autonomously and building strong therapeutic relationships with their service users. They would conduct assessment for patients suffering mental health issues and provide interventions and recovery focused care to ensure their clients maximise their independence and be a confident lone worker.The working pattern is full time hours and it will be a mix of days and night shifts, so the ideal candidate would be flexible.To be successful in this role you must have:- Experience in a mental Health team- Excellent written and verbal communication- Can do motivated attitudeRandstad Care is a specialist nursing recruitment agency.
