        Three month fixed term contract with a not-for-profit organisation in Bradford for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor.We are looking for someone to join the business in late October for a period of 3 months. Suitable candidates would be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 with at least 3 years experience of working in an ER focused role. You'll need to be able to demonstrate practical experience of applying current employment law when managing employee relations cases and related risk. Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively are important, as is the ability to support practical decision making by managers in order to balance risk with the commercial needs of the organisation.The role is ideal for someone who is available to start work before the end of October, has recent previous experience of providing an ER service and can work in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
