        I am looking for a Project Manager to join a IT Major Projects team, where you'll be responsible for the planning and managing the delivery of one or more major projects for Group IT of the business.You will need to work with key stakeholders to clarify project outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria, ensure business areas are ready and resourced for implementation of the change and provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the project team. Experience:Experience of delivering projects using a Agile and WaterfallDemonstrable understanding of project management principles. A track record in delivering a broad range and diverse scale of technical and business solutions. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deal with conflicting demands. A strong attention to detail when dealing with plans and estimates. Experience of leading Business Analysts to ensure project deliverables meet time and quality standards. Managing tasks and performance of Business Analysts as direct reports. Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of business application projects.
