        Brief Description of your job, its main purpose and major tasks:To lead on the delivery of a number of simultaneous projects, providing necessary oversight and being the essentialand critical link between business areas and functions. This may require stakeholder engagement both internally andexternally, and the co-ordination of the development and implementation of business solutions utilising an agilemethodology.Role Specific Tasks1. To design and apply an appropriate agile project management framework for projects and programmes.2. To manage and coordinate project deliverables to ensure successful implementation of multiple projects.3. To monitor the prioritisation queues to ensure work is being considered early enough so that they can bedelivered on time, and to highlight and help resolve issues of conflicting priority.4. To ensure that constituent projects delivered are in line with strategic organisational objectives.5. To manage agreed project plans in accordance with business priorities.6. To manage project and programme risks, including the development of contingency and mitigation plans.7. To manage project administration and delivery through the use of Work Stream Tracker.8. To report through agreed governance on project progress to senior officers and project sponsors.9. To ensure lessons learnt are captured and influence future projects and business improvement initiatives.11. To direct, manage and motivate the project teams.12.
