        Conveyancing Legal Assistant based at Mumbles, Swansea£19,000 - £23,000 per annum dependant on experience 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidayTo be considered for this role: Essential:Up to date knowledge of law relating to PropertyGood client communication skillsGood inter-personal skillsDesirable:Experience of Property Law in a previous roleGeneral office experience preferably in a law firm.Working knowledge of the SRA Codes of ConductUnderstanding of Document management systemsUnderstanding of quality kitemarks in a law firm such as CQS or Lexcel. What will you be doing:To work closely with head of Property department reporting as to progress of cases as and when requiredTo set a high standard both in terms of professional ethics and workTo follow internal methods, systems and procedures, as set out in the Firm ManualTo keep up-to-date with legal and other changes in any area of specialisationTo attend in-house training lectures and Departmental meetings and to contribute to any debate arising there fromTo assist generally in the development of the Department to include marketing and business development and cross referral to other departments.
