This company offers a service to customers of Order Now, Pay Later, which is a fast growing market! The company started last December with 12 people and has since grown to 110 employees and is looking to grow their company in the US market! Key Responsibilities:Manage the customer database with a focus on retention and engagementIdentify opportunities for increasing the conversion rate at different stages of the customer's life cycle based on data analytic and purchase behaviourSegmenting the customer and audience databases to effectively target the right customers at the right time, with the right messageUsing email marketing (Hubspot), Direct Mail and mobile app to communicate with customers to deliver relevant, engaging messagesWork with Marketing and Product to implement a Customer Loyalty Program and strategy with a specific focus on segmentation, serving personalised content, and increasing revenue per customer.Develop contact strategies to realise these opportunitiesAnalyse Omnichannel performance to drive profitability and future campaign investmentDevelop and optimise on an ongoing basis automated customer journey flows and data-driven communicationsBrief our in-house creative team, with clearly defined requirements to produce engaging, relevant content for our customers and audiencesReport to Head of Marketing on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on CEM development and related actions Candidate Requirements:To be considered for this new opportunity you must have:Minimum 3 years + in a consumer brand /e-commerce CEM/CRM role with proven ability to deliver measurable results.Advanced skills in using CRM platforms, analytic tools and software applications in a marketing environment.Knowledge of email campaigns or ESP platforms.Knowledge of the customer journey cycle and road-map following project management.Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience.Strong capacity to learnDemonstrable outstanding numerical and data analysis skillsExperience with project management and planningHubspot experience also a plusCandidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.If you are interested and passionate about being a CRM Manager and want to work for a startup company, don't hesitate, apply today., don't hesitate, apply today.Randstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
