The team is constantly building their Communications, Public Relations and Influencer strategies in line with KPIs of earned media value and impressions made on the audience. The RoleAs the communications manager you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, ensuring that there is a communication and influencing strategy in place and that the plans are then implemented successfully. You will be responsible for:The increased levels of coverage in line with set objectives.Growing and continuously building on brand awarenessDeveloping and maintaining excellent relationships with retail partners, target media of print, online, social, influencer and broadcast.Implementing media strategies for new product launches, new store launches and events.The Candidate The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role , bringing their own established portfolio of contacts from the beauty , makeup , skin care and fashion world , to help roll out communication plans for the brand. The candidate will be working with the Social Media Manager to create relevant brand content for all social media pages. Working closely with Ambassadors and Micro influencers to proactively create brand appropriate partnerships, maintaining a creative atmosphere of open and positive communication about the brand.
