Responsibilities Working in partnership with the Business and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment requirements and to guide and promote an appropriate direct recruitment strategy.Ensure that the business principles are adhered; consider internal candidates first, direct candidates and then third parties if required Own and update reporting and MI - ensuring key KPI data can be extracted and reported with ease.Actively utilise and champion the company LinkedIn recruiter license; from creating compelling advertisements, monitoring, evaluating and responding to applicants through to building our employer brandCreate effective relationships across all levels of the organisation through influencing, engagement and coaching to improve line manager and employee capability on all things recruitment and people moves. Lead on recruitment activities including posting ads, CV screening, first stage interviews, CV mining and data managementParticipate /deliver any ad-hoc projects / initiatives in line with the HR plan as directedPartner with the HR Operations team as appropriate to provide accurate and timely information in respect of payroll changes, joiners/leavers, etc.Manage the recruitment agency PSL in partnership with Procurement, ensuring best practice, partnerships, compliance and value to LRS at all times Management of the contractor workforce engaged via the agency payroll including; good PO housekeeping, agency relationships and headcount allocation Requirements Talent acquisition experience developed within an in-house environmentStrong experience in direct sourcing via LinkedInBroad HR/Talent Acquisition knowledge, developed within a fast paced corporate environment Experience of working with applicant tracking systems or of using a LinkedIn recruiter license Sound knowledge of UK employment law and industry trends around hiringAbility to communicate, network, engage with and influence people at all levels of the organisation, building strong working relationships with managers and employeesCustomer focus - championing best practice with a willingness to solicit and act upon customer feedback Ability to demonstrate a high level of credibility, integrity, resilience and customer service and a successful record of deliveryPersonal drive and effectiveness: positive, 'can-do' mentality, keen to find ways around obstacles and willing to explore all of the available resources in order to accomplish objectivesOrganisation and planning: ability to manage projects and routine HR administration.Good analytical skills and ability to interpret dataA passion and desire for development within the HR professionRandstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
