      Overall Purpose of the Job:To act as the first point of contact for those looking to get in touch with Staff Learning & Development.To provide administrative support for key activities of Staff Learning & Development Team Including both on and off site learning and development events/activities and eLearning initiatives.       Purpose of role: The Multi Skilled Operator is responsible for delivering a first-class experience to customers using workplace facilities, reprographic services and the managed filing service at EY. The role-holder is responsible for the accurate completion of all tasks, delivered within the agreed service levels.
