My client in Coleshill is looking for an experienced sales administrator for a permanent role. You will be working in a family run business, supporting the director and the sales team with the sales administration process.

The company are a manufacturing company, and interest in this sector would be beneficial as we are looking for someone to grow and progress with this company.

Your responsibilities as a sales administrator:



* Preparation of customer information ready for sales meetings
* Update customer details in the relevant systems
* Ensure contracts are up to date and chase where needed
* Handle all areas of customer accounts
* Support with inbound calls - maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
* All administration duties including sending letters/ filing
* Understand the product and offer initial advice where needed

Your Skills/ Experience as a sales administrator



* A minimum of 2 years experience working as an administrator - sales experience beneficial but not necessary
* Must be prepared to cover other tasks when requested to meet the day to day requirements of the business
* IT Skills -Ability to fully use PC's and associated software. Detailed working knowledge (through training) of the company's business system
* Ability to work on own initiative as you will be managing by yourself customer accounts
* Attention to accuracy is vital
* Flexibility - adapt to meet the daily circumstances
* Experience working in a manufacturing company/ technical mind-set
* Experience in working with technical drawings
