Sales Administrator - Irlam

Up to £23,000 + Bonus

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm - 37.5 hours (Flexible)

Do you have great Sales Admin experience? Do you want to take the next step in your career working for a well established growing company? Have you got previous sales experience?

I am recruiting for my client an industry leader in their specialism. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to support their Sales Team throughout the UK with their Sales Administration as well as overseeing your assigned product category. This is a role where you will be expected to be able to grow these accounts as well as provide them with the highest possible Customer Service and Admin support. You will be working in a busy sales and projects office environment so initiative and fast pace is imperative for the role.

Responsibilities:



* Dealing with clients enquires and updates
* Keeping all processes up to date and organised
* Liaising with manufacturing plants and warehouses to ensure smooth delivery processes
* Developing and growing your clients accounts
* Creating good working relationships with clients
* Dealing with a complex product range
* Liaising with Credit Control to keep customer accounts up-to-date

Experience Required:



* 2 years' experience within a Sales Admin OR Account Management role
* Excellent telephone manner & organisational skills
* Ability to use initiative to manage workload and take direction
* Being able to manage your own knowledge of the products to work towards continuous improvement
* Experience of using in-house IT systems

Desirable Skills



* Experience working in a sales environment
* Working within the manufacturing industry
* B2B experience
* Ability to work well in a team
