    Are you an experienced sales administrator with a keen interest in the construction and property industry who is looking to join an Award winning and well established company? Do you have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work well under tight deadlines? This may be the perfect opportunity for you!

    Working with one of the largest new home construction companies you will be working with a team passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with the heart of their homes being about their people.

    About the Role;

    • Full time Permanent opportunity
    • Location - Rugby
    • Competitive salary dependent on experience
    • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
    • Hours are 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. with an hour for lunch

    Responsibilities;

    • Provide support to the New Homes Sales Teams on site
    • General administration duties
    • Liaising with contractors, legal departments and production departments, both internally & externally
    • Data inputting
    • Compiling competitor information
    • Producing relevant sales reports using COINS (not essential)

    About you:

    • Experienced Sales Administrator with a passion for new homes
    • Able to project a professional and confident manner at all times
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • An eye for detail
    • Experience of working within the property or house builder sector
    • Good IT skills, COINS (preferred but not essential), Outlook & Microsoft office
