We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a growing and successful organisation based in Stafford.
You will be working in a vibrant office as part of a fun and friendly team. You will be providing administration support to the Sales team and also cover for the PA to the Sales and Marketing Director to ensure smooth running of departments. You will be supporting the sales advisors on the housing developments with supplies, information and home owner packs to support the customer journey.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing DepartmentProcess Sales Variation Orders and work with the Commercial Department to ensure POs are raised in a timely manner and payments for customer extras are receivedRaise Purchase Orders for all sales running costs and action goods deliverable noteEnsure payment deadlines are met by processing all invoices in a timely and efficient mannerInput into internal systems and produce necessary reportsLiaise with internal departments and external contractorsSupport all members of the sale team (internal and external) as may be required in support of the sales functionProcess commission payments and liaise with the finance director and sales director to ensure that satisfactory sign is received to process these onto the payroll functionActing as the first POC for customers dealing with enquiries efficientlyProvide support to the PA and reception cover as requiredLiaise with customers and escalate queries to the relevant areaMain contact for all live sites, offering all relevant assistance with regards to paperwork, general queries and ad hoc requestsManage the internal and external post, prioritising and distributing as appropriate
About you?3 years + experience as a sales administratorWorked within the house building industry or construction would be advantageousExcellent interpersonal skillsProficient on all MS Office applications (excel in particular) Proven ability to work under pressureMeticulous attention to detailTeam PlayerAbility to multi-task
