    We are looking for you to join our clients expanding Customer Logistics team based on site at the UK Headquarters who are the UK market leader in domestic boilers.

    Pay Rate and Hours:

    • £10.50 per hour
    • 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (no bank holidays)

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Logistics is a hard working, diverse, fast paced team who pride themselves on accuracy and customer service. We are looking for someone who can:

    • Accurately process all customer purchase orders
    • Advising part numbers, list prices and availability via phone and email
    • Dealing with customer enquiries regarding delivery dates

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
    • Computer literate in Microsoft packages, (SAP would be an advantage)
    • Strong customer service skills and rapport building
    • A team player with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to adhere to deadlines and be target focused
