Supporting the whole Division, the Sales Development Representative will help to generate business opportunities by speaking with a wide variety of different clients, developing effective working relationships and accurately qualifying potential opportunities for the business. You will also build your internal network across the business and have exposure to the wider Sales Team and Senior Business Leaders.

Key responsibilities:
- Build your own pipeline of business opportunities, utilising the CRM system to develop a database of accurate information.
- Use consultative selling techniques to effectively build interest in the Company products and services.
- Develop your internal network and build effective working relationships across key stakeholder groups to meet the needs of the business.
- Proactively manage the relationships between prospects and the sales team, ensuring deals are closed.
- Continually engage with your personal performance through the achievement of various pre-agreed targets and KPIs as set and reviewed by the Sales Development Team Leaders
- Liaise with and work alongside the wider sales team, taking on-board advice and continually identifying possible areas of business improvement
