Sales Development Lead Role:
...
- Help to scale the business by researching the marketplace, building strong relationships with new clients
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company and its offering in order to best articulate its services to prospective clients
- Build strong relationships with new clients, manage a growing team of SDRs and contribute to hitting weekly and monthly targets
- Evaluate different approaches for efficiency and effectiveness in order to find the best strategic sales processes
- Play a pivotal part in co-creating the go-to-market strategy for the business, in order to grow and develop revenue
Sales Development Lead:
- Educated to degree level
- Some B2B/business development/management/sales experience beneficial
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
