They are looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join their growing team in the centre of Newcastle (although remote for now, of course). Their incredible, disruptive product has seen them grow rapidly over the last 5 years – and it’s something they use internally to educate and upskill their own sales teams too!The ideal candidate will be ambitious and confident in their ability to build relationships, possessing great communications skills. If you’ve got some SDR/sales experience, then even better. You’ll benefit from using world class technology to acquire all the skills required of a sales person – as well as exposure to weekly 1-2-1 and coaching sessions with some of the best minds in the business.By using a mixture of marketing campaigns, strategic emails, social media and phone calls, you will be responsible for new business generation. You’ll also: Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company and their service offeringDevelop rapport and build relationships with existing clients in order to grow accountsShadow existing AMs and senior members of the team to enhance your understandingIndependently run your own meetings and manage relationships face to faceCross and upsell into current accountsProactively look for new clients to introduce the company’s services toAfter establishing yourself in the role, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager role which will be a client facing, external role.
